Ethan Stowell Custom Curated Dinner by James Beard Award Winning Local Chef Ethan Stowell
Ethan Stowell – chef, restaurateur, and multiple James Beard Award winner – will prepare a thoughtfully curated family-style multicourse wagyu beef feast paired with Mark Ryan wines. Dinner hosted at the home of JDS alumni parents and former board member Bonnie and Robbie Cape.
Dinner will be hosted on a Saturday in May or June. Date to be determined by donor and announced at the auction.
